Ms. Salwa Mukoda
Founder & C.E.O
Salwa is our Founder and C.E.O. She also works as a Policy Officer in charge of institutional engagement at Asylum Access, a non-profit organization based in California-USA.
Salwa graduated with a Master of Laws (LL.M) in Banking and Financial Law from Boston University School of Law(USA), a Bachelor of Laws Degree from Makerere University Kampala (Uganda) and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Law Development Center Kampala.
She is licensed to practice law in Uganda and in the State of New York. She is also a member of the Uganda Law Society, East African Law Society, the American Bar Association and the New York State Bar Association.
She has over 7 years working experience having worked as In-House Counsel at AGS Tax Group in Newton-Massachusetts(USA), Law Clerk at the New Jersey Superior Court and top Ugandan law firms.

Ms. Sharifa Nakitanda
Chief Operations Officer (C.O.O)
Sharifah works as Deputy Director of Admissions and an Economics Lecturer at Kampala International University.
Sharifa graduated with a Master of Arts in Economic Policy and Planning from Makerere University School of Economics. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Development Economics.
She has 7 years working experience having worked as an Economics Lecturer at Kampala International University (Kampala) and Islamic University in Uganda (Kampala). She has also worked at Pride Microfinance (MDI) Uganda.

Mr. Philip Okiring
Legal Manager
Philip is our Legal Manager and heads the Legal Department. He also works as an Associate Partner at T-Davis Wesley & Co. Advocates, a law firm based in Kampala-Uganda.
Philip graduated with a Bachelor of Laws Degree from Kampala International University (Uganda) and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Law Development Center Kampala. He is licensed to practice law in Uganda and is an active member of the Uganda Law Society and East African Law Society.
Philip has over 10 years work experience having worked at top Uganda law firms Muwema & Mugerwa Advocates, KMA Advocates and T-Davis Wesley & Co. Advocates.
Philip’s areas of expertise are business registrations and compliance, corporate governance and management, corporate finance, data protection and privacy and tax compliance.

Ms. Jamilah Nabaggala
Director of Administration
Jamilah is our Director of Administration. She also works as Chief Administrator at The Little School House, a pre-school located at Senge-Wakiso District.
Jamilah graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management with a specialization in Finance from Bangalore University (BU) in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
She has over 6 years working experience having previously worked as Administrator at SAS International and Senior Sales Associate at Sharaf Retail (L.L.C) in Dubai.
